Reporting to an active 18-member Board of Directors, the Executive Director will provide strategic leadership, manage daily operations, ensure long-term financial health, and serve as the primary ambassador for WLT. This role requires strong fundraising skills, strategic planning ability, and the capacity to nurture relationships with donors, partners, volunteers, government officials, and the public.
