Position Summary


We are looking for talented and driven culinary professionals to join our elite team as a Master Cook . In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with world-class chefs to execute highly technical, avant-garde dishes, maintain uncompromising standards of culinary precision, and deliver an unforgettable theatrical dining experience.

An Ideal Fit for the Role will:

• Leverage advanced knife skills, classical and modern techniques to confidently prep and execute a demanding station during busy service.
• Seamlessly collaborate with an energetic, high-performing kitchen team to prepare and reproduce multi-course tasting menus that consistently exceed guest expectations.
• Demonstrate a passion for continuous learning, embracing an active, innovative approach to exploring advanced gastronomy and unique ingredients.
• Develop a deep, thorough understanding of every ingredient, recipe, and narrative behind our avant-garde menu items.

What You Can Expect From Us:

• Base pay of $12.00 per hour , paired with participation in a generous and highly competitive tip-sharing program for the venue.
• Work schedule typically consists of a 4-Day, 10-Hour Shifts

Requirements

• This position will spend 100% of the time standing or walking.
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 10 hours in length.
• Must be able to exert well-paced ability to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.
• May be required to lift trays of food or food items weighing up to 30 lbs. occasionally.
• Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
• Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.
• Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends.
