The Opportunity As a Front Office Strategy Consulting - Pharma Life Sciences Customer Analytics - Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services focused on enhancing the overall customer experience. You will analyze customer touchpoints, design customer journey maps, and offer guidance to help clients create seamless and personalized experiences that drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. In this role, you will work within our Strategy practice, focusing on customer-related strategies and initiatives. Responsibilities

• Leading customer-centric consulting initiatives to enhance client experiences and drive business growth
• Analyzing customer touchpoints and designing personalized journey maps to improve satisfaction and loyalty
• Developing and implementing customer engagement strategies using data-driven insights
• Managing client accounts and overseeing project planning, budgeting, and execution
• Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and deliver quality outcomes
• Utilizing customer data management techniques to optimize service design and delivery
• Conducting customer journey analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborating with leadership to maintain consistent quality and timelines across projects
• Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues
• Upholding professional standards and reinforcing the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Applications
• Demonstrating proficiency in Customer Experience (CX) Strategy and Design

Travel Requirements

Up to 60%

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
