The Opportunity

We're expanding our remote team and looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and are interested in developing a long-term career.

You'll connect with union members who have expressed interest in receiving information about their available benefit programs. Your responsibility is to understand their needs, explain their options clearly, answer questions, and guide them through the appropriate next steps.

The position is fully remote, with member appointments and team communication conducted virtually.

Your goal is to create a professional and positive experience while helping each member better understand the options available to them.

What You'll Be Doing

• Communicate with members through phone and video appointments
• Schedule and conduct individual benefit consultations
• Review available programs and explain options clearly
• Answer questions and provide personalized assistance
• Complete applications and digital documentation accurately
• Maintain organized records of member interactions
• Follow up with members and provide continued support
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
