You will work across teams to deliver campaigns that are efficient, measurable, and built to scale.Job SummaryAs a Senior Associate Paid Social in Card Acquisitions, you support the strategy, execution, optimization, and measurement of paid social campaigns that drive efficient customer acquisition and strong portfolio outcomes. You partner with teams across product, analytics, finance, risk, legal and compliance, brand, and external platform partners to align on plans and deliver results. You bring strong attention to detail, a data-driven mindset, and clear communication to keep campaigns running smoothly and performance insights actionable.Job ResponsibilitiesBuild, launch, and perform quality checks on paid social campaigns across platformsImplement targeting, creative, and tracking parameters accurately and consistentlyMonitor live campaigns for pacing, delivery, and overall performance healthOwn daily and weekly pacing updates against budgets and acquisition targetsPull, clean, and validate performance data across platforms and internal sourcesMaintain standardized reporting templates and dashboards to support ongoing tracking and insightsSupport monthly and quarterly business reviews with accurate reporting and clear performance narrativesExecute structured tests (such as creative, targeting, and landing page tests) with guidance from senior team membersTrack and document test results to build repeatable learnings and improve future performanceCoordinate creative assets and approvals with creative and brand partners, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance requirementsSupport cross-functional coordination for approvals, documentation, and audit readiness; identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual effortRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, paid social, or performance marketingExperience building and managing campaigns on major paid social platformsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows at the same timeComfort working with data, including strong Excel skillsAbility to pull, validate, and organize performance data and maintain recurring reports or dashboardsUnderstanding of core performance marketing measurement concepts, including testing and optimization basicsStrong organization, follow-through, and execution skills in deadline-driven environmentsClear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to align with multiple stakeholdersAbility to partner effectively with analytics, creative, legal and compliance, finance, and risk teamsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to spot trends, surface issues early, and recommend next stepsPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsExperience with Tableau or similar reporting and visualization toolsExperience supporting acquisition marketing in regulated industries or financial productsFamiliarity with programmatic buying platforms in addition to paid socialExperience improving processes through automation, templates, or scalable reporting approachesApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
