We are currently seeking a SAP Application Performance Manager SAP Application Performance Manager to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Role - SAP Application Performance Manager
Specialization - (IT Operations / Application Maintenance Services, SAP S/4HANA Procure-to-Pay (P2P) & Vendor Invoice Management (VIM)

Responsibilities -
- Drive critical functional incident calls and resolve complex P2P/VIM tickets within SLA targets.
- Deliver detailed RCA reports to establish permanent corrective and preventive actions.
- Validate CI/CD changes, regression testing, and integration testing across S/4HANA environments.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing defect resolution, key user training, and hypercare for new rollouts.
- Convert incident patterns into problem tickets and feature requests for standard/GAP solutions.
- Partner with internal Performance/Project Managers, business stakeholders, and technical integration teams.
- Collaborate with product teams to prioritize system features based on business urgency.
- Formulate and execute immediate functional workarounds to mitigate high-impact business downtime.
- Audit Functional Specifications (FD), Technical Designs (TD), and specialized QA test scripts.
- Build an internal knowledge base and train junior operational resources on O2C-TM Aurora processes.

Requirements -
- Bachelor's degree (Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics & Communication/ Information Science/Telecommunications)
- Experience - 8–10 years of dedicated SAP P2P and VIM expertise within AMS or application support environments.
- Deep configuration expertise in S/4HANA master data, pricing, source determination, and release strategies.
- Expertise in inter/intra-company STOs, transfer of risk, stock-in-transit reporting, and split valuation.
- Hands-on experience with Subcontracting, Consignment, and Service Entry Sheet processes.
- Expertise in VIM archiving, validation rules, Document Processing (DP) definitions, and business rules.
- Good integration knowledge linking P2P-VIM with R2R, TM, Logistics, and MDM modules.
- Competency in SAP SPRO configurations, workflow approvals, BRF+, and baseline ABAP debugging.
- Experienced using SAP Fiori to execute and troubleshoot modern S/4HANA business processes.
- ITSM & Agile Tooling - Proven workflow experience utilizing ServiceNow (SNOW) and Azure DevOps (ADO).
