Leading communication strategies for the South region, the full-time Associate Communications Director will manage executive and change management communications, media relations, and develop aligned messaging plans while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S. Key responsibilities: Develop and implement communication strategies in collaboration with market presidents and senior leadership Coordinate regional communication efforts with national activities to ensure alignment and leverage content Analyze communication performance and continuously improve strategies, channels, and content Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in communication, English, Journalism, or a related field 8+ years of corporate communication experience Project management experience with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Experience working with local and national news media outlets Proven ability to build relationships with senior executive clients and stakeholders
