Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Marketing Assistant to support promotional campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, and brand awareness efforts. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, contributing creative ideas, and gaining hands‑on experience in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Assist with planning and coordinating promotional campaigns. Support customer engagement and brand awareness initiatives. Participate in promotional events and outreach activities. Organize promotional materials and campaign resources. Help coordinate daily marketing activities and promotional schedules. Gather customer feedback to support campaign improvements. Maintain organized records of marketing initiatives. Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign objectives. Represent the company professionally during promotional activities. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills. Reliable, adaptable, and self‑motivated. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required. Additional Information Competitive salary ($40,000–$44,000 annually).
