Read below for more information!Support recruiting efforts by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding qualified candidatesLead new hire orientation and onboarding to create a positive employee experienceManage employee leave requests, including FMLA, short-term disability, and leaves of absenceHandle employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and maintain accurate documentationMaintain employee records and HRIS data, including new hire setup and employee updatesAssist with benefits administration, open enrollment, HSA enrollment, and EAP programsCoordinate employee engagement initiatives, company communications, and culture-building activitiesAssociate degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred1–2 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or related HR role preferredKnowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and employee relations processesStrong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS platformsAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detailAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
