Maintenance Tech

Maintenance Technician IIWinnCompanies is searching for a Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Browns Woods Apartments, a 150-unit mixed-use community in Browns Mills, NJ. In this role, you will perform maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, residential common areas, office, grounds, and parking lots. The pay range for this role is $25.96-$26.92 per hour dependent on experience.
