Sanford Health has an immediate opening for a BC/BE Gastroenterologist to join its practice in Fargo, North Dakota. The practice offers recently upgraded endoscopes, Olympus 190 series, Spyglass, esophageal and anorectal motility lab, fellowship trained colorectal surgeon, transplant trained pancreato-biliary surgeons on-site for collaboration, light GI call responsibilities, bariatric surgery program, bi-weekly GI malignancy case conference with oncology, radiation oncology, IR/radiology, surgery and GI, and 100% hospitalist coverage at a 583-bed tertiary/trauma hospital.

Competitive compensation package includes a compensation floor of $750,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs. In addition, a retention incentive will be included in the offer and is negotiable. ($200k/4 years) Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.
