Cane Rosso Sachse is looking for a confident, people-first Assistant General Manager to help lead our Sachse team. This role is perfect for someone who loves hospitality, thrives in organized chaos, and knows how to keep standards high while the vibe stays fun. What You’ll Do Every Day

• Partner with the General Manager to run smooth, successful shifts
• Own the front of house experience from hiring and onboarding to training and coaching
• Lead FOH shifts including scheduling, cash handling, and opening and closing duties
• Be the heartbeat of the floor during service by communicating clearly, solving problems, and keeping energy high
• Create standout guest experiences by touching tables, handling issues with confidence, and building real relationships
• Work closely with BOH leadership to keep food quality, cleanliness, and safety on point
• Handle admin tasks like labor tracking, ordering, deposits, inventory, and tip outs
• Recognize wins, give honest feedback, and help your team grow

What We’re Looking For

• 2 or more years of restaurant management or supervisory experience, full service preferred
• A true hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication and coaching skills with a team-first mindset
• Comfort using Aloha or NCR, OpenTable Guest Center, R365, Avero, or Pulse is a plus
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and move fast when it counts
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends
