Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence‑based approaches. Provide therapy to individuals, couples, groups, or families with a wide range of presenting concerns. Maintain timely and confidential clinical documentation, including diagnostic assessments, progress notes and treatment plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and quality of care. Uphold ethical standards and foster a safe, inclusive space for all clients. Qualifications Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field. Licensed as an LMFT, LPCC, LPC, or LICSW in Minnesota and in Wisconsin. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong organizational abilities and clinical judgment. Comfort with diverse populations and a passion for inclusive care.
