We're a growing, woman-owned beauty and wellness company looking for a passionate, motivated leader to oversee one of our San Diego locations. This isn't a position where you'll sit in an office all day. You'll be actively leading your team, building relationships with guests, creating memorable experiences, and helping your location achieve its goals.

What You'll Do

As a Club Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of your location, including:

• Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members

• Driving membership growth and guest retention

• Creating an exceptional guest experience that keeps members coming back

• Monitoring and improving key business metrics and performance goals

• Coaching team members to achieve individual and store goals

• Managing inventory and operational standards

• Building community relationships through local marketing and outreach

• Creating a positive, supportive, and accountability-driven culture

• Celebrating wins while helping your team grow through challenges

Who We're Looking For

• Have 1+ year of leadership or management experience

Experience in beauty, wellness, retail, fitness, hospitality, or service industries is a plus, but great leadership matters most.

Compensation & Benefits

• $20.50 per hour

• Monthly commission opportunities

Our performance-based bonus program rewards leaders for building strong teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, growing memberships, improving business performance, and maintaining operational excellence.

• Flexible scheduling

• Nights, weekends, holidays, special events, and occasional emergency coverage may be required based on business needs
