As a Program Lead, you’ll continue to work directly with the individuals we serve while taking on additional responsibilities that support the day-to-day success of the home. This role is perfect for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about high-quality care. What You’ll Do as a Program Lead:
- Develop meaningful, person-centered relationships that support independence, dignity, and personal choice.
- Assist with daily living activities such as meal prep, personal care, and household routines.
- Support individuals in community participation, recreation, appointments, and working toward personal goals.
- Encourage skill development, confidence, and social connections.
- Follow individualized support plans (full training provided).
- Administer medications safely and keep accurate records.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
- Serve as a positive role model and advocate for the needs and preferences of those you support.
- Previous experience supporting individuals with IDD
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to become an approved company driver.
- Ability to pass a national background check.
- Compassionate communicator with patience, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and assist individuals with mobility needs
- Dependable, respectful, and committed to person-centered support
- Competitive Pay: $22–$23/hour (based on experience)
