Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A specialty pharmacy focused on GLP1s, allergy medications, and immunotherapies is seeking an experienced Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to lead operations in a fast-growing setting. This direct hire opportunity offers the chance to step into a leadership role where you will not only oversee daily pharmacy functions but also build and manage a team of pharmacists and technicians.

Location: Las Vegas, NV
Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the designated PIC, maintaining full compliance with USP <797> , <800> , FDA, and state pharmacy board regulations
• Oversee sterile compounding operations including workflow, staff supervision, and quality assurance
• Ensure adherence to multi-state pharmacy regulations, primarily Nevada and California requirements
• Develop, enforce, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for sterile compounding activities
• Recruit, train, and lead pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
• Manage inspections, audits, and all regulatory interactions with a focus on continuous compliance
• Supervise environmental monitoring, validation, and documentation programs
• Guarantee proper handling, storage, and dispensing of compounded sterile preparations
• Collaborate with leadership on operational strategy, expanding licensing, and business growth initiatives
• Maintain accurate records to ensure inspection readiness at all times

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Active Nevada pharmacist license required; California license highly preferred
• Minimum of 3 years experience in hospital, infusion, or specialty pharmacy practice
• Demonstrated ability to obtain additional state licenses as business needs evolve
• Strong knowledge of sterile compounding regulations and pharmacy compliance standards
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate staff
• Residency in Las Vegas or the surrounding area preferred
