Parts Clerk

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and supporting daily warehouse operations. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, staying active throughout the day, and being part of a team that directly supports field service and customer success, we are looking for you to join our Operations team.

This position is responsible for supporting daily Parts Department and warehouse functions, including processing and staging orders for the Field Service team, receiving and processing parts returns, operating warehouse equipment such as a Wave order picker, assisting with periodic inventory counts, and completing other general warehouse responsibilities as needed. This role also requires working within our internal software systems to process parts requests and maintain accurate inventory activity.

The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strong attention to detail. Candidates should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a larger team, communicating clearly, and maintaining a sense of urgency while completing daily responsibilities accurately and efficiently.

As an essential business, our performance directly supports critical regional infrastructure, including medical and educational organizations. This position plays an important role in ensuring parts are processed accurately and efficiently, helping our Field Service team meet customer needs and deliver reliable service.

This position operates on a standard in-office schedule of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and pay for this position starts at $20.00 per hour.

We provide training, clearly defined expectations, and the support of a knowledgeable team. Uniform shirts are provided; however, work pants, not jeans, along with work boots or work shoes are required.
