Oversee patient care , ensuring the highest clinical standards. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive patient volume and business growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, referral sources, and payers . Oversee financial performance, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency. Supervise and mentor clinical staff, fostering a positive team environment. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company policies , including Medicare, OSHA, and regulatory standards. Manage scheduling, staffing, and clinic operations to maximize efficiency. Oversee and participate in marketing and community outreach initiatives .
