Human Resources Advisor TEHORA is currently looking for a human resources advisor with excellent technical skills, knowledge, and who wishes to put their skills to use within a versatile team. Without being exhaustive, here are the services and deliverables that the selected person will have to provide. Description of the work or deliverables: Perform the complete staffing process, in collaboration with managers: needs assessment, job posting, CV sorting, candidate selection, phone interviews, virtual interviews, sending entry tests, sending employment contracts Establish recruitment priorities and perform rigorous follow-up on ongoing mandates; Follow up with candidates who were not selected on their application; Feed the candidate pools and qualify candidates for future needs; Identify passive candidates on LinkedIn and generate their interest; Have perfect mastery of recruitment on social networks and know how to establish a presence on LinkedIn with active and passive candidates; Analyze the skills of candidates according to business needs; Advise and accompany managers during interviews and candidate selection; Propose and implement solutions in terms of attraction and talent acquisition (research strategies, external visibility and appropriate recruitment sources); Stay on the lookout for new market trends (job postings, interview templates, psychometric tests). Profile: Have 3 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment; EXPERIENCE IN RECRUITMENT AGENCY, Highly appreciated. Ability to work in a team and relational and communication skills; Ease of organizing your work, rigor and attention to detail; Initiative and ability to anticipate the next steps and actions to take; Excellent customer approach and rigor in follow-ups; A sense of ethics and ability to protect the confidentiality of HR information; Autonomy with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, LinkedIn Recruiter; Ability to manage 15 to 20 open positions according to established recruitment priorities; Experience in recruiting specialized positions in IT and engineering (civil engineering, construction, an asset); Intermediate level of English orally and in writing A flawless French language orally and in writing.
