About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, dependable, and people-focused Chief Kumon Assistant to lead the day-to-day front office operations of our Kumon Center. This is a role who will responsible for ensuring the administrative side of the center runs smoothly while providing an exceptional experience for our students and families.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about creating an organized, welcoming, and efficient learning environment. This individual embraces technology, enjoys learning new tools, and is excited to use AI, automation, and social media to help our center operate more efficiently and better serve our families.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all front office operations and daily administrative tasks.
• Welcome and assist students and families with professionalism and warmth.
• Handle parent communication through phone, email, text, and in person.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain student folders, worksheets, and learning materials.
• Coordinate student schedules, attendance, and record keeping.
• Assist with enrollments, orientations, and onboarding of new families.
• Maintain accurate student records and ensure administrative compliance.
• Coordinate events, student recognition programs, and center communications.
• Help manage the center's social media presence and create engaging content.
• Utilize AI tools and technology to improve efficiency and streamline daily operations.

Schedule

• Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Total: Approximately 25 hours per week

Compensation

• Pay: $20.00 per hour
• Estimated Monthly Earnings: Approximately $2,000 per month
