Water/Wastewater Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee a variety of water and wastewater projects from conception through completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project teams, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires strong leadership skills to effectively coordinate with engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders while driving project timelines and budgets. You will also be tasked with developing project scopes, schedules, and budgets, while identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.


The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of water and wastewater treatment processes, as well as relevant industry standards. You will be expected to maintain strong client relationships, facilitating communication and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will mentor junior staff, providing guidance and fostering professional development within the team. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, along with a Professional Engineer (PE) license, is required. A minimum of 8 years of experience in water/wastewater project management, including experience with design and construction oversight, is essential for this role.
