QA/QC Lead

HotFoot Recruiters is hiring a Quality Engineer to support quality control and compliance within a semiconductor‑related manufacturing and construction environment. This role is ideal for candidates with cleanroom experience and exposure to tool installation (hook‑up), who are detail‑oriented and comfortable working in high‑standard environments. Position: Quality Engineer Location: Phoenix, AZ (85085) Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Schedule: M‑F 8A‑5P (subject to change to match construction engineering team) Pay Range: $85,000 – $90,000 DOE Responsibilities Perform quality inspections and ensure work complies with project specifications and quality standards Support quality documentation, reporting, and recordkeeping for internal and client requirements Assist in monitoring installation work, including tool hook‑up and related systems Identify quality issues, track non‑conformance items, and support corrective actions Collaborate with engineers, field teams, and subcontractors to maintain quality compliance Participate in quality walkthroughs and inspections on‑site Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to established procedures Qualifications High school diploma or above required Experience in cleanroom environments (bunny suit required) Experience or exposure to tool hook‑up / installation work preferred Basic proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Detail‑oriented with a strong sense of responsibility Willingness to work overtime as needed Ability to work on‑site in active construction or manufacturing environments Hands‑on experience in semiconductor or high‑tech environments preferred.
