Ecommerce Specialist

The Promotions Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing promotional strategies across all brands and call center channels. This role ensures promotions are accurately configured, aligned with business goals, and drive revenue, conversion, and customer engagement.

Promotion Strategy & Planning

• Own promotional calendar (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
• Plan and execute key campaigns (e.g., Steals & Deals, 5-Pack Frenzy, Weekly Deals)
• Align promotions with inventory, seasonality, and business objectives

Promotion Setup

• Configure promotions in platform (sitewide deals, targeted promotions, bonus buys, coupon codes)
• Ensure accuracy of pricing, rules, and eligibility

Campaign Coordination

• Partner with UX/UI on layout and experience
• Work with Producers on page execution
• Coordinate with Content team on assets and messaging
• Ensure all campaign deliverables are completed on time

Promotion QA & Governance

• Validate promotional logic prior to launch
• Ensure alignment across website, email, and marketing channels
• Maintain promotion organization and documentation

Performance Tracking

• Monitor performance (revenue, conversion rate, AOV)
• Identify top performing promotions and optimization opportunities

Report insights and recommendations to leadership

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing promotional campaigns
• Knowledge of Shopify and Google Analytics
• Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce (preferred)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Shopify, Google Analytics, Fastr (nice to have), Hotjar (nice to have)
• FINGER DEXTERITY: Using primarily just the fingers to make small movements such as typing, picking up small objects, or pinching fingers together.
• TALKING: Especially where one must frequently convey detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately, loudly, or quickly.
• AVERAGE HEARING: Able to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary
• AVERAGE VISUAL ABILITIES: Average, ordinary, visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents or products or operate machinery.
• PHYSICAL STRENGTH: Sedentary work; sitting most of the time. Exerts up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally.
