The role of skills in **As a Human Resources Team Leader, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:**Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience. Ensures every team member understands, is trained, and consistently delivers on Target’s guest experience commitments and consistent operations.Actively observes and provides feedback, holding team members accountable while recognizing great guest experience moments. Reviews area guest, financial, and team outcome metrics to identify opportunities, takes action to improve, and aligns team on the right behaviors and execution, celebrates wins, drives results that deliver outcomes and elevates the guest experience.Lead orientation for new team members) to enable them to provide a service and shopping experience that meets the needs of the guest.With guidance from your direct leader, help the leadership team develop their teams based on career aspirations, individual skills and experiences and provide growth opportunities to retain talent.With guidance from your direct leader, execute the store staffing strategy and implement recruiting efforts to help store leaders find, hire and onboard candidates with the right skills and experiences for their team.Lead a team of HR Experts who serve the total store team by solving problems, removing roadblocks and engaging each team member in a way that connects them to Target’s purpose.Occasionally assume store-level leadership on duty (LOD) responsibilities to enable the guest experience for the store during assigned shifts based on store needs All other duties based on business needs.**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR** You enjoy interacting and helping others - including guests that shop our store and fellow team members you work with.
