Growing MEP firm in the suburbs of Syracuse, NY is seeking a 1–3 year Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineer to join their expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer looking to gain hands-on design experience across commercial, institutional, and municipal projects. The firm offers strong mentorship, direct exposure to senior engineers, and the ability to work on projects from concept through construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Prepare construction documents and technical specifications
• Perform load calculations and system sizing
• Coordinate with architects and other engineering disciplines
• Support construction administration and site visits

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 1–3 years of MEP design experience (internships considered)
• Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit
• EIT or on track to obtain preferred
