Most sales jobs make you pick. Hunt new logos and hand them off, or babysit a book somebody else built. This seat pays you to do the whole thing, and then keeps paying you for keeping it.

Worxweb Solutions is a Florida-based recruiting-as-a-service firm with clients across the country. Our clients don't buy a one-time placement. They buy an ongoing hiring engine, billed monthly, backed by a delivery team that actually fills the roles you sell. Clients keep us because we know their business, push back when something isn't right, and bring them ideas before they have to ask. That's the standard you'd be held to.
What you'll do
- Open business. Call on data leads we provide and work warm leads from our SDR and inbound channels. The biggest earners here build their own pipeline by phone.
- Close business. Run discovery with owners and executives, design the engagement, price it right, and close recurring-revenue deals.
- Keep it and grow it. Manage the projects you sell, run a monthly call with every client to review progress, and expand each account through upsell and our partner network.
- Run a clean desk. Your pipeline, forecast, and account records live in Salesforce and stay current.
How you get paid
- $90,000 - $100,000 base salary, depending on experience.
- Uncapped commission on every new account you open and close.
- Residuals that step UP. Most plans pay you once for a client; ours pays you more in year three than in year one for the same account. Keep clients healthy and your check compounds.
- Bonuses for landing clients in industries we haven't served yet, plus commission on expansion and partner-channel revenue.
- Realistic first-year earnings of $160,000+ at target, with a documented path well past that as your book matures. Paid guarantee while you ramp.
What it takes
- 4+ years of full-cycle B2B sales with a record of closing new logos, ideally recurring-revenue services (staffing, recruiting, agency, professional services, payroll/HCM, or similar).
- Real outbound stamina. You'll have warm leads, but you won't live on them.
- The judgment to run an account after the signature. If your deal stories all end at the contract, this isn't the seat.
- The backbone to push back on a client's scope, pricing, or requirements when it leads to a better outcome for them and for us.
- Salesforce discipline. If your pipeline only exists in your head, keep scrolling.
Schedule and location
Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. ET. Headquartered in Boca Raton, FL with a remote-flexible model. Palm Beach County candidates preferred; strong EST-based remote candidates considered.
