We’re seeking  Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants who are passionate about orthopedics and ready to grow through advanced training, mentorship, and continued professional development. For therapists pursuing specialization, our  residency program is available at no cost and is designed to help clinicians advance their orthopedic expertise with confidence, including a 100% OCS pass rate .

After completing residency, therapists can continue to grow through future teaching opportunities within our Residency and Fellowship programs and in collaboration with our  PTA school and PT school partners . Or is management more your thing? For clinicians with leadership aspirations, there are opportunities to advance into  clinic-level leadership and  regional management roles.
