Marine Driver Overview
- Pay that adds up. Start at 67CPM, with average weekly earnings of $1,545 and top performers bringing home $1,733 per week, plus stop, detention, and border crossing pay on top.*
- Start strong, stay ahead. Earn a $2,000 hiring bonus plus $1,000 in orientation pay after your first dispatch, giving you a strong start from day one.
- Modern trucks, real comfort. Drive Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia trucks averaging just 16 months old, equipped with refrigerators, leather interior, double curtain wraps, double bunks, and built-in inverters.
- Freight that stands out. Haul new pontoons, recreational boats, and fishing boats direct from manufacturers to dealerships across the US and Canada for big-name clients.
- Consistent miles with scheduled home time. Run routes with planned home time out 7-14 days depending on location, keeping your schedule predictable.
