Work Environment

This role is conducted entirely onsite within our rehabilitation center, which is equipped with modern therapy equipment and resources designed to facilitate effective treatment. Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in conducting thorough patient evaluations and assessments, taking care to address each patient's individual needs and concerns.
• Modify and implement treatment plans and therapeutic exercises as advised by the supervising Physical Therapist to enhance patient recovery.
• Instruct and supervise patients on a variety of therapeutic exercises, demonstrating techniques with empathy and patience to ensure safety and effectiveness.
• Utilize equipment and treatment modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, heat, and cold therapy, always prioritizing patient comfort.
• Educate patients and their families on appropriate exercises, exercises for home, and lifestyle modifications that can foster healthier living.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, ensuring that treatment outcomes are recorded thoroughly and reflect the care provided.
• Facilitate open communication with other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless continuum of care and to coordinate multidisciplinary treatment strategies.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

Retrieve Physical Therapy, Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
