Responsibilities – Service Manager: * Hiring, Training, Motivating, and Mentoring the Service Team * Conduct ongoing training for Service Advisors to drive profitability * Implement and support processes that improve Technician efficiency * Review and follow up on department KPI’s to achieve forecast goals * Understanding and ensuring compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures * Establishing and maintaining good relationships with our customers, encouraging repeat and referral businesses * Provide technical assistance to employees as needed * Quality check completed jobs * Monitor and improve customer satisfaction Qualifications/Requirements - * At least 2 years’ management experience preferred * The ability to identify causes of operating errors and the knowledge to create and implement corrective actions * An aptitude for interviewing, hiring, and developing employees including conducting performance appraisals * The ability to use good judgment in challenging situations * A professional demeanor when interacting with customers * Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship and be a current resident.
