What You’ll Do Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities in the Wichita area and surrounding markets. Build, manage, and expand a portfolio of existing accounts. Conduct site visits and assess customers’ needs to recommend the right air filtration products and solutions. Develop and deliver sales presentations, quotes, and proposals aligned with customer goals. Maintain a strong pipeline through consistent prospecting by phone, email, and in-person meetings. Collaborate with internal teams to support excellent customer service and long-term account success. Attend client meetings, trade shows, sales summits, and industry-related activities as needed. Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, contact, and calendar records in CRM and related systems. Participate in training, team meetings, and ongoing learning opportunities. Participate in training and ongoing learning opportunities. Qualifications 2+ years of sales experience preferred; related industry experience is a plus. Success in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Comfort working in the field and meeting customers in person. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Training and Development This role includes structured learning and clear performance milestones. Over time, you will complete product and operations training, develop working knowledge of products and solutions, build familiarity with manufacturing partners, and become proficient in business systems, including CRM and ERP platforms. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions Ability to perform light to medium work, exerting up to 25 pounds of lifting occasionally. Operate in a professional office environment with regular travel to customer locations. Comfortable using standard office equipment and mobile apps.
