Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and formulate personalized therapy strategies aimed at helping them achieve their individual functional goals.

• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and their caregivers on effective therapy techniques to encourage sustained improvement at home.
• Document Progress and Adjust Plans: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatments as necessary, ensuring patients remain on track.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Encouragement and support for continuing education and post-graduate certifications.

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT certification required.
