The program provides paid training, a clear path to solo status, and a competitive compensation package upon upgrade.

• Compensation and training
  • 4‑week paid mentorship: Paid, one‑on‑one training with an experienced mentor.
  • Solo pay after upgrade: $0.55 per mile; typical weekly mileage averages 2,500 miles (approximately $1,375–$1,550 per week), plus safety and performance bonuses.
  • $1,000 sign‑on bonus payable after upgrade; $500 performance bonus at 90 days post‑upgrade.
  • Mileage pay increases at 3, 6 and 12 months following completion of training.
  • Tuition reimbursement up to $5,000 for CDL school (terms and eligibility apply).

• Primary responsibilities
