Digital Advertising Manager

Leading a team of digital advertising consultants, the full-time remote Digital Advertising Manager will oversee operational processes, drive client retention and satisfaction, and ensure performance metrics are met across the team. Key responsibilities Manage and develop the Digital Advertising team to achieve company metrics, including churn rate and account performance Conduct regular one-on-one meetings for continuous feedback and professional growth while overseeing hiring and training processes Act as a primary escalation point for high-profile clients and complex account issues, ensuring alignment with company goals Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 7 years' experience in digital ad operations and programmatic advertising 5 years' experience in a management role Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager Strong knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Virtual Vocations Inc
