What You’ll Do as a Store Manager

As the Store Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every scoop we serve is accompanied by a smile. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. - Overseeing daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management. - Maintaining the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety. - Driving team performance through coaching, training, and motivation. - Monitoring and achieving performance goals, including sales and customer satisfaction. - Supporting the growth of the business by implementing innovative ideas and solutions.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in the food service or retail industry. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to inspire and lead a team. - A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. - Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and maintain a well-run store. - A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on achieving results.
