Act as local on‑site program and company representative to small business and commercial customers. Lead technical advice, guidance, and training on installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement in accordance with client specifications. Troubleshoot technical problems and recommend solutions. Build strong relationships by engaging directly with customers and contractors, capturing insights, and ensuring each project meets program expectations. Take ownership of field installation of energy‑efficiency solutions and document inspections, customer conversations, and contractor interactions. Travel throughout the assigned territory. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 21 years old with a clean, valid driver’s license. Background in customer‑facing role is a plus. Conditional offer requires passing a pre‑employment drug test and maintaining a clean driving record. Must be authorized to work in the country without employer sponsorship. Other Requirements Positions are safety‑sensitive; may include field work, warehouse work, or driving on behalf of the company. Must meet applicable DOT qualification requirements if applicable. Compensation: $26 hourly (example; actual determined by internal equity, market data, and experience). Conditional offer may include post‑offer drug test and motor vehicle record check.
