Press Brake Operator Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$ 20.00 to $ 25.00 / hour
Full Time work available
Second Shift (Monday through Thursday from 04:00pm to 02:00am)

Set up and operate press brake machines, ensuring optimal performance for bending, forming, and shaping various metal components.
Interpret complex blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders
Select, install, and adjust appropriate dies and tooling, performing necessary calibrations to achieve precise angles and dimensions.
Monitor machine operations, troubleshoot issues, and make real-time adjustments to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
Strictly adhere to all company safety policies and procedures

Press Brake Operator Qualifications:

Experience as a CNC Operator with strong CNC set-up capabilities, specifically on press brake machines.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications. Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments.
Ability to stand for the duration of a 10-hour shift. Also lift up to 50lbs during shift
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, precise components. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
