Competitive pay based on experience, $75,000 -$95,000 yearly Full-time career opportunity with a stable, employee-owned company On-call stipend Service truck and equipment provided Overtime opportunities available Work with advanced commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, heat pumps, package units, and VAV systems Ongoing hands-on technical experience in commercial HVAC service and repair Opportunity to expand your troubleshooting and diagnostic expertise Supportive leadership team focused on technician success and development Why You’ll Love It Here Employee-owned company with a strong reputation in the industry Team-oriented environment where your expertise and professionalism matter Work independently while still having the support of experienced managers and technicians Opportunity to mentor and assist in training other technicians Fast-paced, problem-solving environment that keeps every day different Company culture built around accountability, craftsmanship, and customer relationships Your New Role Perform commercial HVAC troubleshooting, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs in Auburn, ME, and surrounding service areas Service heating, air conditioning, refrigeration systems, chillers, boilers, heat pumps, package units, and automated control systems Complete preventive maintenance inspections, adjustments, cleaning, and calibrations Respond to emergency service calls as needed Complete service tickets, maintenance documentation, and required paperwork accurately onsite Communicate job progress, issues, and parts needs with the Service Manager or Project Manager Assist with HVAC system modifications and repair recommendations Maintain professional relationships with customers, vendors, and team members Follow company safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and work environment Hiring Expectations: Apply today, complete a quick phone screening, and get ready for an interview with our team to discuss your goals and experience. EPA Universal 608 certification is preferred. Minimum of 2 years of commercial HVAC service and refrigeration systems experience required; 5 years preferred Ability to obtain required Maine Gas License after hire. Oil License preferred Valid State of Maine Class C driver’s license Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience with NG/LP gas systems and refrigeration equipment, including walk-in coolers and freezers, strongly preferred Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, safety procedures, and operating instructions Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical job duties, including climbing ladders, bending, twisting, and working in varying temperatures Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills.
