You’ll handle maintenance requests with professionalism and care, ensuring homes are safe, functional, and welcoming. This is more than a job—it’s a chance to contribute to something bigger while doing work you can be proud of.Your Responsibilities as a Maintenance Technician:Property Maintenance – You will provide maintenance work which could include: general maintenance; light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting; light groundskeeping; light appliance installation/maintenance; trash/large object disposal; pool maintenance, and more.Customer Service – As a front line service team member, we want you to take pride in your appearance and how you interact with residents. A smile is part of the uniform.Proactive Property Care – While completing work orders, you’ll keep an eye out for other opportunities to improve the property.
