Hematologist/Oncologist Opportunity

Currently seeking Hematologist/Oncologist for a rapidly expanding cancer program that supports more than 550 physicians. Physicians will see patients in a robust and supportive clinical setting and receive a generous compensation package. There will be many opportunities to participate in clinical and translational research, including investigator-initiated research. Faculty will hold an academic title at the Clinical Assistant/Associate Profession level, and have ample opportunities for teaching medical students, residents and fellows. Team currently consists of 6 Hematologists/Medical Oncologists, 5 APPs, and a full support staff. Program also employs physicians from all oncology specialties with the exception of bone marrow transplant, and offers true multidisciplinary care. 4 day clinical work week + 1 administrative day to complete documentation, participate in teaching, cultivate research interests, etc. 6 week call with hospitalist coverage for inpatients. Inpatient consult service and outpatient responsibilities. Participation in clinical trials strongly encouraged. 80% Medical Oncology / 20% Hematology.
