Join our growing Pediatric ICU team at Logan Health Children's in Kalispell, Montana! If you have at least two years of Pediatric ICU experience, you may qualify for a generous sign-on and relocation package. This role primarily serves our PICU but also provides support across the Pediatric services at Logan Health Children's, offering a unique opportunity to care for a wide range of young patients in a collaborative environment.

Sign-On Bonus and/or Relocation Assistance Available for Qualified Experienced PICU RNs!

What You'll Need:

• Current Montana RN license or compact license required
• Minimum two years of PICU or similar pediatric critical care experience preferred
• RQI Provider (BLS) required within seven days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care, whichever occurs first.
• PALS must be obtained within six months of hire/transfer.
• APHON must be obtained within one year of hire/transfer.
• Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and teamwork skills
• Desire to provide care across the pediatric spectrum in a supportive, team-based setting

What You'll Do:

• Deliver high-acuity, family-centered care in our dedicated PICU
• Provide additional support to the broader Pediatric team as needed
• Partner with providers and care teams to ensure safe, effective treatment
• Use critical thinking, clinical judgment, and clear communication to advocate for young patients
• Contribute to a culture of learning, collaboration, and excellence

Shift: Night Shift - 12 Hours (United States of America)

Schedule: Full-time, 36 hours per week (12-hour night shift)

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
