Clinical Liaison (CL)

Lifepoint Rehabilitation, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a full‑time Clinical Liaison. The role focuses on building referral relationships and supporting admissions to the acute rehabilitation unit. How You'll Contribute Builds and maintains referral relationships to drive appropriate admissions to the acute rehab unit Assists and coordinates the intake and pre‑admission screening process Performs on‑site clinical judgment to determine patient appropriateness for admission Communicates rehabilitation and facility options to patients and families Assesses patient expectations and requirements for participation Secures information relating to patients' resources and benefits Functions as initial contact for external case management and discharge planner personnel with payors and hospital facilities Why Join Us Comprehensive Benefits: Multiple levels of medical, dental and vision coverage with tailored benefit options for part‑time and PRN employees, and more. What We're Looking For Clinical licensure as an RN, PT, OT, SLP, or RRT and a bachelor’s degree Previous marketing/sales experience preferred Previous clinical experience required, with demonstrated skills in clinical assessment and EMR systems Formal sales training preferred Valid driver’s license EEOC Statement Lifepoint Rehabilitation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
