Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intermediate Care/Progressive Care Unit setting
• Monitor and interpret telemetry and cardiac rhythms for assigned patients
• Utilize Epic electronic health record system for accurate and timely documentation
• Float within scope to other units or sister facilities as needed to meet census demands
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in applicable state (no pending licenses accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience, including at least 1 year of travel nursing experience
• Current Critical Care or Telemetry clinical experience required
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Completed EKG course/Telemetry competency test and NIHSS certification required
• Must reside more than 75 miles from the contracted facility (proof of residency required at submission)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Epic electronic health record system
• Familiarity with high-census, fast-paced PCU or Stepdown environments
