About This Role The Nurse Manager (NM) is responsible for managing nursing practice and operations in the PACU at Mount Sinai Hospital. This role is ideal for experienced nursing leaders who excel in clinical management and patient care coordination. Highlights Pay: $115,494 - $173,241 Annually Location: New York, NY Schedule: Full-time, Evening shift What You'll Do Lead nursing practice using Relationship Centered Care principles. Ensure integration of Care Checks into clinical activities. Conduct daily patient rounding and weekly staff rounding. Communicate patient experience and staff engagement information. Collaborate with the physician dyad on patient care concerns. Design and lead a safe, patient-centered care environment. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety processes. Oversee staffing, budget management, and regulatory compliance.
