Operations & Marketing Associate (m/f/d) This role offers broad responsibility across marketing, e-commerce, operations, and logistics, with ownership of key business processes within the home, lifestyle, and interiors sectors. Employment type: Part-time (15–20 hours/week) Responsibilities Operations Coordinate with suppliers and external partners Support project planning and business operations Conduct market, product, and competitor research Maintain organised documentation and internal processes Assist with administrative and operational tasks E-commerce Maintain and update Shopify stores Create and optimise product pages Upload products, collections, and website content Support merchandising and website improvements Marketing Plan, create, and publish social media content Coordinate marketing campaigns and email newsletters Assist with Meta and Google Ads campaigns Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports Requirements 2–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, e-commerce, operations, or a similar role Experience with Shopify or another e-commerce platform Native or near-native German Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities independently Proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership Confident using digital tools and business software Based within commuting distance of Schöllkrippen Preferred Experience with Meta Ads or Google Ads Experience with Klaviyo or another email marketing platformBasic SEO knowledge Photography or content creation experience We operate with discipline, ownership, and direct responsibility.
