Opportunity for a Physician in a Skilled Nursing Facility:

We are excited to announce a full-time position for a Geriatrician or a physician trained in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. This role involves caring for skilled patients and managing long-term care patients in Napa, CA. The selected candidate will play a vital role in supporting our Skilled Nursing Facility patients across four locations, as well as providing care for home-based Palliative Care patients. Experience in Geriatrics or Hospital Medicine is preferred. The position requires travel between the Skilled Nursing Facilities in Napa and the Napa Medical Office. We seek a dedicated physician who is passionate about enhancing the quality of life for our most vulnerable populations and their families within the Post-Acute and Long-Term Care sectors.

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from $320,040 to $330,000 , with additional potential incentives reaching up to $44,350*. There may be options for reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation. *Note that some incentive figures are estimates based on potential premium pay.
