Clinical Oncology Specialist

Natera seeks an oncology diagnostics sales specialist to establish and grow a territory in San Antonio covering medical centers and surrounding areas. The role involves building physician relationships, executing sales strategies, and managing business development for personalized medicine solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic territory plan and manage sales goals, revenue, and ROI
- Establish and maintain key opinion leader relationships within oncology centers
- Drive new account acquisition and retain existing customer base
- Execute sales strategies, implement marketing plans, and negotiate laboratory service agreements
- Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve organizational objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years oncology sales with documented success
- Knowledge of molecular diagnostics, personalized medicine, reimbursement
- Strong financial management and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record
- Ability to travel 50-75% including overnight stays
