Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

A rapidly growing manufacturing company is seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join its high-performing finance team. This strategic role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and offers significant opportunities for career growth, impact, and visibility within a profitable and expanding organization. Responsibilities Senior FP&A Reporting Analyst duties will include: Lead consolidated financial reporting across two business divisions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Develop and maintain financial models to support monthly forecasting and strategic planning. Prepare short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts to guide liquidity and investment decisions. Drive the annual budgeting process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial goals. Design and monitor the annual operating plan, tracking performance against targets. Conduct variance analysis on P&L and working capital, partnering with accounting and operations teams to explain key drivers. Create and manage KPI dashboards to measure business performance and identify improvement opportunities. Build insightful financial reports that support profitability analysis and strategic decision-making. Assist in the evaluation and implementation of a new financial consolidation tool to streamline reporting. Perform ad hoc financial analysis and trend reporting to support executive leadership and business initiatives. Qualifications BS Degree; MBA preferred Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and forecasting. Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and BI tools is a plus.
