Job Title: LTL Packer
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

Location- Gastonia, NC

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking LTL Packer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing shipments by packing products, palletizing materials, wrapping pallets, and loading trucks. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Pack products securely to prepare them for LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipments.
• Build and palletize orders according to shipping specifications.
• Wrap pallets to ensure products are secure for transport.
• Load completed pallets onto trucks safely and efficiently.
• Verify shipments for accuracy and report any discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and walk throughout the shift.
• Previous warehouse or packing experience is preferred but not required.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
