• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm schedule with a single-site practice
• Call schedule at least 1:3 or better
• Predominantly outpatient with a well-balanced mix of hematology and oncology
• Subspecialization opportunities available as the team grows
• Access to clinical trials, research, and tumor boards
• 15 - 20 patients per day; sustainable, non-burnout workload
• Academic medical center affiliation with strong multi-specialty referral patterns
• Board-certified hematology and oncology physicians encouraged to apply
